Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our tickets are for a dated live event and our event merchandise is produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, except as described below.

Tickets

Your order confirmation email is your ticket. Tickets are not refundable or transferable for a change of mind or inability to attend. If doodL cancels the event, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If the event date changes, you may request a full refund within 7 days of our announcement; otherwise your ticket carries over to the new date.

Age and ID: the doodL Launch Party is 18+. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door. Guests who are under 18, or who cannot show a valid photo ID, will be refused entry and are not entitled to a refund.

Event merchandise

Items purchased with a ticket are collected in person at the event. Uncollected items are forfeited after the event, and no refund is issued. If an item is defective, tell us at the event or email team@doodl-wrld.com within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it with the same item, subject to availability.
