Overview

This website is operated by doodL WRLD LLC ("doodL", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site, purchasing something from us, or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the additional policies referenced here: our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

Section 1 - Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this site and make purchases. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that violates any law in your jurisdiction. Any breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of our services to you.

Section 2 - General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (not including payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks; payment card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission.

Section 3 - Events and tickets

A ticket is a revocable license to attend the stated event on the stated date. Your order confirmation email is your ticket; present it at the door. Tickets are not refundable or transferable except as set out in our Refund Policy. Capacity is limited and entry is first come, first served with a valid ticket. The doodL Launch Party is 18+ and alcohol-free. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door; guests under 18 or without valid ID will be refused entry without refund. Lineup, set times, and programming may change without notice and do not entitle you to a refund. We may refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or in breach of venue rules, without refund. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and to doodL using those images and recordings in any media for promotional and commercial purposes, without compensation or further approval. You attend at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, doodL is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property or for injury arising from your own conduct or the conduct of other attendees.

Section 4 - Limited releases and event merchandise

Event-exclusive merchandise is available only together with a ticket purchase and only while sales for that event are open. It is collected in person at the event; uncollected items are forfeited as described in our Refund Policy. We may limit quantities per order or per customer, and may cancel orders that appear to be placed by automated means, by resellers, or in breach of these limits.

Section 5 - Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current. Material on this site is for general information only and should not be the sole basis for making decisions. We may change the content of this site at any time but have no obligation to update it.

Section 6 - Products, pricing, and modifications

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. We have made every effort to display colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee that your screen's display is accurate. We may limit the sale of products to any person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

Section 7 - Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it to the original payment method. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information, including an email address we can use to contact you about your order. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and its partners. Sales tax is collected where required by law.

Section 8 - Third-party tools and links

We may give you access to third-party tools and links. We provide them "as is" without warranty and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or services. Review the terms and policies of any third party before you engage with them.

Section 9 - User comments and submissions

If you send us comments, ideas, or other materials, you agree that we may use them in any medium without restriction or compensation and have no obligation to keep them confidential. You agree that your submissions will not violate the rights of any third party or contain unlawful or abusive content. We may remove any content we find objectionable.

Section 10 - Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By subscribing to our email list, you agree to receive marketing emails from us; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Section 11 - Errors and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Section 12 - Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any law or regulation; to infringe our or others' intellectual property; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, or scrape; or to interfere with the security of the site.

Section 13 - Intellectual property

The doodL name, wordmark, logos, designs, artwork, photographs, video, and all other content on this site and at our events are owned by doodL WRLD LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Section 14 - Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee that your use of our site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Our products, services, and events are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

Section 15 - Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, doodL WRLD LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the site, any product, or any event. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or ticket giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limitations, so in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 16 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless doodL WRLD LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your conduct at an event.

Section 17 - Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.

Section 18 - Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term, and you remain liable for amounts due up to the date of termination.

Section 19 - Entire agreement

These Terms and the policies posted on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

Section 20 - Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Section 21 - Changes to these terms

You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the change.
