We do not currently ship physical orders.

Tickets

Tickets are delivered by email to the address entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes of purchase. Your order confirmation email is your ticket. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder and add team@doodl-wrld.com to your contacts. Still missing? Email team@doodl-wrld.com with your name and order number.

Event merchandise

Event-exclusive merchandise is collected in person at the event. Bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) to the merch pickup at check-in. Items not collected at the event are forfeited as described in our Refund Policy.

Future products

If a product becomes available for shipping, this policy will be updated with rates, carriers, and delivery times before that product goes on sale.
